How to claim Genius Inclusive Benefits
Fill the online form by clicking on the “CLAIM YOUR BENEFITS” button. Add your Genius Telecoms telephone number or customer reference number. This will allow us to validate your benefits. Tick what benefits you wish to claim on the form and preferred contact method and we will be in touch within 24 hours or sooner. It really is that simple!
Logo Design
Logo Design is included in your Genius Benefits for the tariff of your choice.
- Depending upon your spend with Genius, you will be provided a number of logo designs for you to choose from. You will be called to discuss you ideas about the logo and these ideas will be translated into logo designs from which you can choose. Upon choosing the same, the design will be transferred to you digitally for your use. Personal customers can logos for their digital letters to enhance digital correspondence. Upon finalising the logo, .JPEG, PNG, PDF, SVG, EPS and Ai of the logo will be emailed to you on the registered email ID.
- Basic Genius Plan have 3 Free Designs.
- Unlimited Plans have 6 Free Designs to choose from.
- Unlimited and Broadband Customers will have 12 Free Designs to choose from.

Desktop Support
Genius Telecoms uses Enigmasoft Technologies to provide up to 96 hours of online/remote computer help and network guidance. The number of assistance hours vary depending on the Genius Telecoms package that was purchased. Remote help costs more than £25 per hour (at retail costs).

- Advice for installing desktop infrastructure-related PCs, phone systems, wireless networks, and peripheral devices.
- Desktop-related advice and direction.
- Discussion regarding routine maintenance for installed PCs, networks, phone systems, and peripherals.

Remote computer support will require remote software applications on your computer such as Anydesk or similar and we can advise and assist you in this regard. We can assist with program installations, anti-virus issues, back up issues, e-mail issues and remote advice on networks and cybersecurity.
Customers of Genius Telecom receive a 20% discount on Enigmasoft Technologies’ desktop support if they need it for longer than their complimentary hours.

If free website design advice is included in your Genius Benefits for the tariff of your choice, then you will be getting an hour of free website design with Enigmasoft Technologies experts. This appointment will take place on the day scheduled via email received by you.

Customers seeking full website design, hosting and business support for their website will receive a 20% discount as part of their Genius telecoms benefits.
Free Digital Marketing Advice
If free Digital Marketing advice is included in your Genius Benefits for the tariff of your choice, then you will be getting an hour of free website design with Enigmasoft Technologies experts. This appointment will take place on the day scheduled via email received by you.
